Gin & Tonic is a classic for a reason—crisp, refreshing, and always a no-fail idea. At Las Flores and Rumba, the beloved cocktail takes on two different personalities, each paired with tapas that make the experience even better.

Spanish Classics at Las Flores

A long-time favorite for Spanish cuisine, Las Flores is known for its comforting lineup of tapas, paella, and well-loved Spanish dishes.

With The Perfect Pairings: Gin & Tonic Edition, Las Flores introduces two curated cocktails—Citrus Ember and Tropic Spice—designed to complement its signature tapas. Pair your drink with favorites like Gambas al Ajillo, Croquetas Jamón, and Calamares Andaluza for an easy, classic Spanish-style night out.

Available 11AM onwards at P995 per head.

Mediterranean Flair at Rumba

Over at Rumba, Spanish flavors meet Mediterranean flair. The vibe is vibrant, the flavors are bold, and the pairings are made for sharing.

The Rumba Selection: Gin & Tonic Edition features two cocktails—Golden Sprig and Evergreen—served with three bites: Gambas al Ajillo, Truffle Fries, and Mini Burgers. The set is ₱995 per head and available all day from 11AM onwards.

Same Classic, Different Vibes

Whether you’re in the mood for a laid-back Spanish tapas evening at Las Flores or a lively Mediterranean-inspired spread at Rumba, one thing stays the same: a perfectly chilled Gin & Tonic always hits the spot.
