If you’re looking for a screen-free activity that keeps kids curious, creative, and well-fed, El Pollo Loco has something delightfully hands-on lined up.
Little Cocinero is a playful, three-day Tex-Mex cooking adventure designed for kids ages 4 to 12. Equal parts workshop and real-world experience, the program lets young participants step into the kitchen—and even behind the counter—for a taste of how their favorite dishes come together.
For ₱2,500 per head, children get access to a two-day immersive store experience (with a graduation on Day 3), available across all EPL stores. Slots are intentionally limited, with a minimum of five participants per session, so each child gets a more personal, guided experience.
Day 1: Learn and Create
The journey begins with the basics–kitchen do’s and don’ts, and a guided kitchen tour. From there, kids are introduced to Tex-Mex flavors through a cooking demo before getting hands-on: making their very own quesadilla.
Day 2 (3 PM to 5 PM): Store Immersion
Here’s where it gets extra fun. Participants suit up as a Junior Pollo Server for the day, experiencing what it’s like to be part of the team in a real store setting.
Day 3: Graduation Day (May 27, 2026)
The experience wraps up with a graduation ceremony. Venues are split across two locations:
- EPL Rob Magnolia (for Trinoma, Eastwood, EDSA Shangri-La, and Rob Magnolia participants)
- EPL McKinley (for Glorietta, SATG, Okada, and McKinley participants)
Whether your child is already a budding foodie or just loves getting their hands busy, Little Cocinero offers a flavorful way to learn, play, and create—one quesadilla at a time.
